Frequently Asked Questions

  • Check-in is 3PM, Check-out is 11AM.

    We cannot accommodate early or late checks out due to housekeeping needing access to the rooms from 11AM-3PM.

  • We have private parking available for our guests staying in the Garden and Broadway Suites behind the hotel on Race Street. You can find directions to the parking lot here.

    We cannot allow parking early for your stay as each reservation is only allocated one spot and although they may appear empty, those spots are allocated to our current guests and housekeeping. If the spot is empty, it’s likely another guest who will be returning later, and their spot needs to be available.

  • We are a pet free hotel. We love our furry friends, but we cannot allow animals in the hotel in order to prevent allergens and accidents to destroy the nature of our restored Victorian building.

  • We cannot accommodate children under the age of 12. It’s nothing personal, but in an older building such as ours, sound can travel a little easier. Many of our guests are expecting a romantic getaway, and having younger children in the hotel can disturb the romantic vibes.

  • Absolutely not! Each suite has it’s own private bathroom in your suite.

  • We cover everything! Each room has a TV equipped with Roku access to Netflix and Fubo, AC, Electric Fireplace/space heaters, Keurig, K-cups, mini-fridge with limited beverages, light snacks upon arrival, and toiletries, extra linens, and towels are provided.

    If the Broadway and Garden Suite, the jetted tub is large enough for 2 people comfortably.

  • Arriving Monday through Friday can be a 1 night stay, Arriving Friday through Sunday requires 2 or more nights.

  • We require full price of stay to confirm and secure your reservation (100% deposit). If you need to cancel, please contact us within 7 days of your reservation. Upon cancellation, a gift certificate for the amount will be issued to be used at a future date within one year.

  • We have created a Jim Thorpe Guide accessible here and a hard copy in your room. Additionally, we advise you to download our town’s app that has everything Jim Thorpe has to offer! Go into your phone’s App Store and search “Visit Jim Thorpe PA.”

  • We have a contact-less check-in system that works flawlessly. 2 days prior to your arrival we send an email to touch base and let you know we are expecting you and send a link to the town guide so you can plan your trip accordingly.

    On the day of your arrival, we send a welcome text with information regarding the check-in process (the door code) and a video tour of the hotel so you will be able to find your room and find the amenities easily in your room.

  • We do not serve breakfast, we do have pre-packaged light snacks and breakfast-type foods available in the suite upon arrival.

    We are not qualified to cook food for our guests. Our first-floor kitchen is used by the storefront (Habitual) to create skincare products, and we do not have a separate cooking space for safe preparation of food.

  • We do not enter our guest’s rooms during their stay for security and health reasons. If you are staying for longer than 3 nights, we ask when you would like us to come in with fresh towels, linens, and toiletries and we schedule the time for us to enter the room.

  • Yes! We have a secure location for bike and kayak storage that is monitored by security cameras.
