What exactly is Invisible Service?
Without a front desk required for check in, and no on-site staff, we’ve developed our process to make staying with us a breeze. Our building is equipped for contact-less check in via a keypad for entry, video tours emailed ahead of check-in to make finding your room and amenities easy, and a curated town guide in your room to answer all of your questions for where to eat and what to do in Jim Thorpe. We’ve really thought of everything to make your stay seamless!
If you prefer more human contact, we are just a phone call away and if you request in-person check in, we will do our best to honor that.
Contact-less self Check-In
As with many businesses in the hospitality industry, we are struggling with under-staffing, in addition to Covid-19 precautions, our standard check in procedure is now contact-less.
Prior to your date of arrival, you will be sent arrival guidance and a video tour that shows you upon arrival how to find your suite and a walk through of your suite to answer all the most common questions. Just prior to check in at 3PM you will receive a text with the keypad door code unique to your stay, for access to the building.
